easter charcuterie board focus on olives close up

Savory Easter Charcuterie

Make this savory board with fully homemade items. Or, you can save yourself some time by using pre-made favorites from your grocer.
You can use virtually any savory foods on this boards. Cheese is often an anchor on a board, so crackers, crostini or pita is a must.
If you've added a hint of sweet with the savory, consider adding salty snacks like nuts, olives or cured meat. They'll balanced out the sweet from grapes, berries, apricots or dates.
Finally, we've included larger amounts than you would have on a typical board to allow for replenishment. Or, because we made this for a holiday gathering. Obviously, a savory charcuterie board for two would need fewer items overall.
