Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz round of Brie
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp chopped pecans
  • Rosemary sprig optional, for garnish
  • Crostini bruschetta, French bread, or crackers, for serving
  • Grapes or apple slices for serving

Instructions
 

  • Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (180°C). This ensures the Brie will bake perfectly and get nice and soft.
  • Remove the Brie from its packaging and place it in the bottom half of the wooden box it comes in, or use a round ceramic dish that’s slightly larger than the Brie. If you're using the wooden box, make sure it's oven-safe.
  • Using a sharp knife, score the top of the Brie with shallow slits, about ½ inch apart. This helps the cheese melt evenly and makes it easier to serve.
  • Place the Brie on a baking sheet and pop it in the oven for about 15–20 minutes. You’ll know it’s done when the Brie is soft and slightly oozing.
  • Once it’s ready, remove the Brie from the oven and transfer it to a serving plate. Drizzle it generously with honey or maple syrup and sprinkle the chopped pecans on top. If you want, garnish with a sprig of rosemary for a little extra flair.
  • Serve the Brie immediately with crostini, bruschetta, or crackers. You can also add fresh grapes or apple slices on the side to balance out the rich, creamy cheese.
