Notes

This is a recipe designed for two people to snack on these smores. If you're making them for more than two, clearly you need to double or triple the ingredients.
Depending on the size of your air fryer basket, you may need to make s'mores in a few rounds, if you can't fit more than a few graham crackers in it at once.
If a full square of chocolate is too much on each s'mores sandwich, you can break the chocolate into individual pieces. This is if you prefer fewer pieces of chocolate in your s'mores. That's not me but you do you.
We used some of the extra-large marshmallows that you can buy these days. But regular sized ones will work, too. And, if you're in a jam and only have mini marshmallows, you can try them as well. They just might fall out of the s'mores sandwich or off the graham crackers when you take them out of the air fryer. Just be warned.
