How to make Pumpkin Spice Whoopie Treats

Preheat the oven

Start by heating your oven to 350°F. Line a couple of baking sheets with parchment paper and set them aside.

Scoop the dough and bake

Using an ice cream scoop, place dollops of the dough onto the prepared baking sheets, making sure there’s enough space between them so they don’t spread into each other, and then bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, or until the centers of the cookies are set. Allow them to cool completely before assembling the whoopie pies.
